As one would expect from the Sanet Group, the service is distinguished by a number of special features which make it stand out from the usual Thai job agencies. Among these special features are a system of application without cost risk, the option of anonymization and the wide distribution in numerous target industries in Thailand.

Target Group

The platform is particularly tailor made for top and middle managers who wish to work in Thailand and are looking for a permanent position. The focus is on job seeking commercial and technical management positions. These include sales experts, general managers/managing directors, operation managers, marketing, production experts or similar.

Foreign nationals who have not yet lived and worked in Thailand may introduce themselves on the platform. However, managers with previous experience in Asia and a willingness to change their job can expect particularly good opportunities. They are provided with a platform where they can “introduce” themselves anonymously.

On its website, Sanet also provides comprehensive information about the conditions for work visas and work permits.

And that’s how it works

The applicant can easily present his job search via the website of Sanet Manpower, the state-licensed recruitment agency in Thailand. He fills out the assignment for (usually anonymous) posting, enters the desired position and a draft of a self-introduction, and uploads the form together with his picture and a CV.

And that is it .... Sanet Manpower will take care of the rest. The texts will be edited and published. If any interested companies get in touch, the applicant receives a message and decides for himself whether this company should receive his CV and photograph.

Sanet then mediates a direct contact.

Publication and Distribution

Sanet Manpower not only posts the interest of the applicant looking to work in Thailand on its own platform. Moreover, the anonymously drafted profile is transmitted to over 17,000 contacts and special forums on LinkedIn. Additionally, a Newsletter “Manpower Managers” is published every 6 weeks, in which all current applicants are presented to around 6,000 companies in Thailand and 8,000 German recipients with business interests in Thailand.

Zero Cost Risk

At least until the end of 2025, there is no charge for advertising the search. Sanet Manpower, the executive search firm in Thailand, has made a binding commitment to repeatedly publish the search for at least four months. Applicants themselves may of course withdraw their search at any time free of charge.

Once a contract has been successfully concluded between the job seeker and an interested employer, however, the job seeker will be required to pay 1/12 of his contractual annual package as a brokerage fee. Yet, he is free to negotiate with his new employer to cover this fee.
